Birthday Party Charges

$110.00 Minimum basic fee up to 10 ten children and one adult per child included.

Package is $110.00 for ten (10) children

(includes birthday child) and one adult accompanying each child. For each child beyond the initial ten (10), there is a fee of $7.00 per child. This charge includes one adult chaperone/parent. A maximum of twenty (20) children will be permitted for a birthday party. For each additional adult beyond the number of children, there is a $5.00 additional charge. Please enclose your $50.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.

 Birthday Party Themes

The Children’s Museum offers a choice of standard themes included in the basic Birthday Party Package.

Choose one of the following themes for your child’s birthday party:

• Dinosaurs

• Pirates and Treasure Hunt

• Medieval & Renaissance

• Safari

• Space

• Trains

• Asian Garden

The Basic Birthday Party Package includes a 1/2 hour set-up session before the time of your event, a two-hour birthday party, a Children’s Museum staff member to assist with the party, a craft session developed to coordinate with your theme and use of the Children’s Museum throughout the party. The Basic Birthday Party Package is $110.00 for ten (10) children (includes birthday child) and one adult accompanying each child. For each child beyond the initial ten (10), there is a fee of $7.00 per child. This charge includes one adult chaperone/parent. A maximum of twenty (20) children will be permitted for a birthday party. For each additional adult beyond the number of children, there is a $5.00 additional charge.

For each fififteen (15) minutes that the party extends beyond the allotted time period, there is a $15.00 charge. The minimum fee is $110.00

including a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. All food must remain in the birthday party room.

Special craft projects teach children to follow instructions, develop creative problem solving skills and promote hand-eye coordination as well as providing guests with a souvenir of the birthday party.

Limited times are available for birthday parties at the Children’s Museum. Parties can be scheduled for Saturdays and by special appointment during the week. Schedule your party well in advance to secure your desired date. Please choose a first and second choice date for your party. Check with the Museum Office for available dates. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of your requested date.
