FUNDRAISERS: COME AND ENJOY

PET WITH THE MOST MAGNETIC PERSONALITY CONTEST - at the Columbia Mall!
Register each January, vote each February!

Pets can be entered in the contest by registering at Mall Services between January 1 and January 31. The registration fee is $3.00. Bring one picture of your pet no larger than 5"X7" with the name, address, and telephone number of the pet’s owner on the back. Pet owners can retrieve the pictures after March 4.

Pet owners who are registered can pick up a canister in which to collect votes. Friends and co-workers are encouraged to vote for pets. Votes (25 cents each) should be deposited in the canister. All canisters should be returned to Mall Services no later than February 28. All proceeds benefit the Children’s Museum

The general public can cast votes (25 cents each) during February at the Columbia Mall, where all pet pictures will be displayed. The winner is the pet with the most votes. Prizes (Columbia Mall Gift Certificates) will be awarded. There is a $100 first prize, a $50 second prize, and a $25 third prize.

Since 1983, the Children's Museum has partnered with communities, teachers, schools, and individuals to develop and maintain a multidisciplinary museum that provides hands-on experiences and promotes lifelong learning. Research shows that museum programs enhance classroom performance.

By providing a central museum facility and traveling exhibits and classroom kits to schools, we can continue to add a new dimension to educational opportunities for the children and families of the central Susquehanna area.
